       Circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB boiler) has always been one of the important equipment in industrial production, especially nowadays, circulating fluidized bed boilers are applied in thermal power plants. Mainly because circulating fluidized bed boilers are cleaner, more efficient and environmentally friendly than traditional boilers, but circulating fluidized bed boilers also have their own disadvantages, such as they can wear out leading to tube bursts and furnace shutdowns.

  Due to the high flow velocity and particle concentration in circulating fluidized bed boilers, influenced by the combustion mechanism, coupled with the main combustion of high ash poor quality coal, circulating fluidized bed boilers commonly suffer from wear and tear. The wear and tear of the metal heating surface caused by improper design of the local structure or when the installation fails to meet the requirements becomes an important reason affecting the long-term continuous operation of circulating fluidized bed boilers.


  The wear and tear of circulating fluidized bed boilers is mainly manifested in the damage to the heating surface, refractory wear-resistant materials and the wind cap of the air distribution plate. The heating surface, whether it is the water pipe, steam tube, or air pipe wear, the lighter leads to changes in thermal stress, making it unevenly heated, the heavier causes a burst tube or heating surface leakage, leading to a serious shutdown; refractory wear-resistant material wear will make the refractory wear-resistant material off, the boiler leaks ash, air leakage or aggravate the local heating surface wear, the furnace chamber refractory wear-resistant material off will block the slagging mouth, causing poor slagging or fluidization. Separator refractory wear-resistant material shedding will block the standpipe to affect the normal operation of the feeder; air distribution device wear will lead to uneven air distribution, air cap leakage slag, serious will cause boiler coking, air chamber blockage and other problems. These will affect the normal operation and safety economy of the boiler to varying degrees.
