The casting material platform of circulating fluidized bed boiler is one of the main causes of wear, where the trajectory of combustion particles falling with acceleration is changed due to the obstruction of the platform, and a part of the particles will produce a circulating vortex in this part due to the force of upward air supply in the middle of the furnace, so that the density of particles in this area increases greatly, thus causing the wear to increase, generally the wider the platform, the higher the height of the wear surface.
In order to solve the wear problem of circulating fluidized bed boiler, our research team has developed the heat-conducting grille anti-wear technology jointly with many famous research institutions, and finally successfully overcome the wear problem of water-cooled wall of CFB boiler.
Wuhan Yongping Technology Co., Ltd, was officially registered in July 2014 and firstly launched the active thermally conductive grating anti-wear technology. This technology is different from the previous passive thickening anti-wear technology, it is installed in the water-cooled wall surface along the horizontal and vertical direction, alloy grating plate to form a mesh grating, reduce the speed of the material particles on the surface of the water-cooled wall, block the formation of the wall flow, and channel the flow cycle of the material on the surface of the water-cooled wall, optimize the surface flow field to eliminate local vortex flow. The construction plan is designed according to the wear characteristics of different boilers, which can play a role in treating both the symptoms and the root cause of wear in circulating fluidized bed boilers. To ensure the boiler under high load long-cycle operation, and increase the boiler's fuel adaptability (such as increasing the proportion of gangue and other blending).

Heat-conducting grille anti-wear technology has completely solved the world-wide problem of CFB boiler water-cooled wall prone to wear and leakage, which has long plagued the coal-fired cogeneration industry. The boiler maintenance cycle has been extended by more than 5 times compared with the original anti-wear technology, from less than 4,000 hours of continuous operation to more than 20,000 hours. It saves energy and reduces consumption while greatly improving the safety and economy of CFB boilers.
