Application performance of grille anti-wear technology

'Jinliang' grille anti-wear technology of our company has been commercially applied since it was put on the market in 2014 and achieved brilliant achievements. Up to now, we have served nearly one hundred enterprises and transformed nearly two hundred circulating fluidized bed boilers. Our customers are not only all over the country, but also begin to undertake the overseas circulating fluidized bed grille anti-wear renovation project in 2018.

As can be seen from the above statistics, the customers of our company are widely distributed in all industries, including almost all the industries that currently use the upper circulating fluidized bed boiler, but mainly in power generation, papermaking and metallurgy.

In terms of the tonnage pressure of boilers, in the past two years, our customers' boilers are mainly 1100T/H,480T/H,260T/H, 75T/H and other common boiler models. In terms of boiler pressure, we also use our grille anti-wear stove. At present, high pressure and ultra-high pressure are the main ones, and there are a lot of sub-critical boilers.
