Wuhan Yongping Technology Co., Ltd. in April 2014 on the company 2 # boiler boiler water-cooled wall anti-wear technology (i.e. heating surface optimization efficiency technology) construction, in the boiler heating surface of the water-cooled wall with multiple layers of different densities of metal deflector anti-wear plate, metal deflector anti-wear plate longitudinal and transverse distribution on the surface of the water-cooled wall to form a grid, to avoid the longitudinal wall flow in the furnace and transverse material flow on the water-cooled wall scouring Abrasion. When the furnace was stopped for 360 days of operation, there was no obvious trace of wear in the protection area, and the instrument testing data showed that the maximum wear did not exceed 0.1mm (10 wires), and the wear was completely controlled especially in the dense phase area and the four corners of the furnace chamber where the wear was most serious.
At present, the company's two 465t/h boilers have adopted boiler water-cooled wall anti-wear technology (i.e. heating surface optimization and efficiency technology) for protection, and the boiler has been running smoothly for many years, significantly reducing the number of maintenance, so that the water-cooled wall wear phenomenon that has plagued us for many years has been fundamentally solved. This technology has helped us to realize our dream of long-term continuous and efficient boiler operation.
