For many years, the water-cooled wall wear phenomenon has existed for a long time due to the combustion characteristics of the boiler and the characteristics of the fuel used, and leaks have occurred from time to time during the operation, which has seriously affected the safe production and economic operation of our company.
Wuhan Yongping Technology Co., Ltd. in January 2016 to the present, has carried out the most serious wear parts of our # 1, # 2 boiler grille anti-wear (heating surface optimization and efficiency) technology construction. For more than three years of boiler operation, the wear of the water-cooled wall in the protection area has been controlled, eliminating the unscheduled shutdown caused by water-cooled wall wear leakage and tube burst, and realizing the long-cycle continuous and efficient operation of the boiler.
Wuhan Yongping Technology Co., Ltd. used the grille anti-wear (heating surface optimization and efficiency) technology to optimize the heating surface of our 0# boiler in June 2017, the water-cooled wall will be partially covered with castings to remove, using anti-wear grille to replace the castings covering surface, after the transformation not only to ensure that the water-cooled wall tube is not worn but also to optimize the heating surface to increase the efficiency of the boiler.
