When contacted with our company in 2014, the situation of guodian yuyuan power plant was as follows:The power plant is located in jiyuan, henan province in the north of China. Therefore, the boiler equipment high load long cycle operation requirements are very high, the boiler wear phenomenon is particularly serious, especially in the winter heating period.There are two 465T/H circulating fluidized bed boilers in guodian yuyuan power plant, which were faced with serious wear problems at that time. They adopted anti-wear girder, metal spraying and other anti-wear means, but still failed to eradicate the wear problem, leading to furnace shutdown for maintenance. 

And this for the winter power supply and heating task is inexcusable, again under the premise, our grille anti-wear new technology was adopted by the yuyuan power plant technical team.After rigorous demonstration, guodian yuyuan power plant decided to take a furnace for grille anti-wear construction first. 

After the boiler was stopped for inspection and acceptance after 100 days of operation, it was found that the red paint of the new water-wall tube replaced by the previous stop was still intact. Therefore, the grille anti-wear technology of our company was recognized by yuyuan power plant. The anti-wear construction of the second boiler has also been completed successively. 

By the end of 2018, no wear and leakage problems have occurred in yuyuan power plant. Then in the annual meeting of circulating sulfide bed boiler 2018, leaders of yuyuan power plant also solemnly introduced our grilles anti-wear technology to CFB boiler colleagues during the speech.
